RE: Weed, Delicious Food, Flying! And a Suite!

Hey fellow Utahn! Funny isn't it, I expected Denver to be a huge city just like you. I was shocked to see it looked smaller than Salt Lake City!

I understand what you mean when you say you felt out of place in the dispensary. They are really set up in a unique way, the laws requiring them to check every ID before letting you in creates some awkward waiting scenarios. I have found though, the dispensaries that are making you wait in a lobby are generally better than ones that just let everyone crowd into the purchase room. It's no fun to be in a crowded room where everyone is just trying to get their goods. I have some awkward experiences to share about my own dispensary visits (:

In the future, if you want to try cannabis again, I would recommend a good old fashioned joint. Those seem to give a unique effect that is not like the effect ones gets from edibles, the effect is less sedating and shorter. Also a good trick I have learned, is ask for their lowest potency. Colorado dispo's often focus only on bud in the 19%+ THC, but I have found my best experiences come from bud that is closer to 15%THC. You can ask for less potent bud :) the budtender understands.

I had a raging headache later, Dehydration maybe?

Yes! Dehydration comes faster when stoned! Also the elevation of Denver is a little higher than the residential benches in Utah.

Next time I'm going to drink a lot more water, so I don't get a really bad headache.

This is the solution :)

Maybe when you get back to UT we can do dinner or something? My wife and I would love to meet you and your boyfriend and talk about crypto, steemit, voluntary living, and whatever else! Sage's Cafe is one of my favorite spots.

Much Love!
