I photographed this magnificent elk at Banff National Park, in Alberta, Canada. I was driving along the road and I saw it. I parked and took this photo. Banff is a place were wild life is quite abundant and there plenty of opportunities to take photo of the wild animals.
What a beautiful encounter. The elk looks so calm!
