Yes, that will be a sweet memory, and one we wouldn't be able to do if the other tree didn't come down. The Little Man is excited to have his own tree. It's just going to look so different for a long time! I love on a circle instead of a block. There are literally between 15-20 trees marked all the way around the circle. So much charm and character will be lost!
