I didn't even know about the nopal 😮 and diabetes. So now mango leaves (which I have seen lower sugar levels very effectively) and nopal are two viable alternatives to insulin. As with anything though, anyone trying this, please do so at your own risk. It can effect sugar levels drastically or not all, depending on the person. Just be prepared for anything.

Equally amazing to me, is how well our bodies pair with plants for optimal health. If the ridiculous US government would just BACK OFF, and stop interfering with that meant-to-be relationship.
