QuickTutorial: preuploading on d.tube
Welcome to this tutorial where I will show something you'll be able to quickly do yourself.
I'm certain there will be a way to preupload videos to dTube and release them at a later time. Meanwhile I have a solution with a little bit of copy and pasting for you.
upload the video
Go to the upload form and upload video and snapshot as you usually would do.
Now go to the bottom and unfold the Advanced (1.) section. There will be 4 hashes (2.) you can copy and save in notes or wherever you like.
Now you can leave and travel and whenever you want to release the post you just have to go back to your upload form, expand the advanced menu and fill these values back in.
word of warning
This does not replace a proper unlist or private mode. The video will be accessible for everyone. If you really don't want anyone to see your videos before you publish them you might want to setup your own IPFS-node where you can control when to release files.

I just did it moments before writing the post. It‘s really not that complicated but lacks comfort.
The hash strings could be stored somewhere as a preset. But he does a lot of local browser stuff to store things so I don‘t think he intends to use some kind of database.
Then there is the thing with open access to these hashes. I think you could watch what people upload to the ipfs and put it into a post before they want to publish it.
I‘m exited to see what solution they come up with. Don‘t think it will be too soon though.

Maybe if you use some browser addon storing and syncing informations between multiple devices and add some eg dropbox integration you could really „unlist“ it.
