I just did it moments before writing the post. It‘s really not that complicated but lacks comfort.
The hash strings could be stored somewhere as a preset. But he does a lot of local browser stuff to store things so I don‘t think he intends to use some kind of database.
Then there is the thing with open access to these hashes. I think you could watch what people upload to the ipfs and put it into a post before they want to publish it.
I‘m exited to see what solution they come up with. Don‘t think it will be too soon though.

Maybe if you use some browser addon storing and syncing informations between multiple devices and add some eg dropbox integration you could really „unlist“ it.
