TMZ reported that Nick Diaz was arrested in Las Vegas for domestic battery via strangulation. He allegedly was high on cocaine and when the police showed up he was combative with them.

Well this is Las Vegas and he is a celebrity so he will probably get a slap on the wrist, and get bigger offers based on his bad behavior like Conor. I don't know what is wrong with this world.
I hope this is not true because if it is this shows us what money, youth, and free time can do. If it is true, I am so disgusted because these guys have all the circumstances needed to make a big difference to the world. They have the youth, money, and free time to have a significant impact on the world, but instead they party, get stoned, and commit acts of violence. If this is true, then these guys don't embrace the Jiu-Jitsu lifestyle, but rather the gangsta lifestyle.
There is allot more to the story or so I read. I have no clue what is the correct story but the other side of the story can be read below.

I have never met the Diaz brothers myself but I know people who have and I know he indeed did/does have a female stalker that was telling people she had married him etc. I was not there at the time of the alleged event but from what I heard it is a bogus charge. the problem here is how do you get charged with Domestic anything when you and the other person involved are not dating, never have dated and do not live together......that is a perversion of DV laws and exists solely to up the numbers.....
All it takes is the accusation. Someone willing to lie about DV isnt above doing the same about being in a relationship.
