There is allot more to the story or so I read. I have no clue what is the correct story but the other side of the story can be read below.

I have never met the Diaz brothers myself but I know people who have and I know he indeed did/does have a female stalker that was telling people she had married him etc. I was not there at the time of the alleged event but from what I heard it is a bogus charge. the problem here is how do you get charged with Domestic anything when you and the other person involved are not dating, never have dated and do not live together......that is a perversion of DV laws and exists solely to up the numbers.....
All it takes is the accusation. Someone willing to lie about DV isnt above doing the same about being in a relationship.

that's the thing tho they just believe that she was living with him without any proof? that doesn't make any sense I mean....
Sometimes there isn't any proof to show.
yah that is my point, we shouldn't go with "well there is no proof so we just have to go with what you say" that is insane
