I don't think smoking has to be this bad thing....but is more about us humans and our relationship with....it just happens that it can be a real point of self-suppression - where on both a physical and mental level, the chemical experience can support the suppression of your emotions. We need to learn how to soothe ourselves and not become reliant on others or things to soothe our sorrows.

That being said - it can be just simply a nice treat and relaxation stick from time to time. Like chocolate bar. Haha - I know this isn't a super popular view at the moment....but....I think's it's super important we are honest about our relationships with things.
