- What I like about this social experiment, is the fact that it's success is directly dependent on ordinary people everywhere - where there's a willingness to say,
"Yes - I accept a weekly payment for being a human being to cover my basic costs of Existing Here."
No Smoking Challenge is amazing sir with this effect a lot of them can change and i hope tobaco sales will fall to ground.
I don't think smoking has to be this bad thing....but is more about us humans and our relationship with....it just happens that it can be a real point of self-suppression - where on both a physical and mental level, the chemical experience can support the suppression of your emotions. We need to learn how to soothe ourselves and not become reliant on others or things to soothe our sorrows.
That being said - it can be just simply a nice treat and relaxation stick from time to time. Like chocolate bar. Haha - I know this isn't a super popular view at the moment....but....I think's it's super important we are honest about our relationships with things.

Great you are doing this! You know what? I hope you kick the habbit and not just for 21 days, since smoking is an addiction that could end your life. Anyway, thanks for sharing a part of your life and this challenge with us.

I have an addiction, I like to eat fruits. I don't whatever you called it is as addiction, but for me it is like an addiction. But smoking is harmful for health. I don't smoking. Do you know, a chain smoker have problems to sleep sound at night? Smokers have lots of problem, not few. In a happy relationship, smoking creates negative impacts. Everyone wants a healthy life but what we are doing? We do some kinds of activity that hamper and create obstruction on the journey to a healthy and peaceful life.
Non Smoking activity post may encourage followers to avoid smoking. It's a good process I think.
