I also spotted a profile that appears to be impersonating another so well that it got one of our readers to submit their post on upvotable 12 including earning 10 SBD for it. Me finding the article ended up costing the author most of the rewards on their highest paying post so far because of my full downvote! Steemit provides a great opportunity to scam and pretend to be someone else currently which is a waste of everyone's time and I support downvoting as a responsibility we collectively take on to help encourage authors to uniquely and honestly share our own gifts. Even if we think our individual downvote does not matter much, it might matter a lot for those that check the votes like me and see several downvotes were already placed on the post prior to mine.
Where did we find these posts?
We collaborated together in the comments on the last post of this which was Upvotable #12. @aarellanesreviews the comments and creates a draft of the posts which I then use to read the posts, make comments, upvote, edit, and publish here! Would you make comments here with the posts you would like to see in upvotable #14 here because you will get a 10 SBD finder's fee for sharing a post written by another author that we share? 40 SBD were earned by curators submitting posts successfully today and we hope this upvotable post has been useful alongside existing curation projects such as @ocd and @curie because we all benefit by finding the best posts shared on Steemit!

I have a lot of respect for your concern with fraudulent steemit profiles such as the one in question and appreciate your efforts to discourage such behavior. I spend long hours trying to create trustworthy art tutorials myself and have personally felt the sting of plagiarism.. thankfully the community has a smart enough population that disapproves of this kind of fraud, and quiet quickly i was informed of the account trying to pass off my work as his by a lovely follower and that stolen content was flagged and taken down. I am sure that the true artist behind those posts would sleep much better knowing there are people like you taking the kind of actions you did. Cheers!
