The Kingdom has been receiving support from Value Plan since April 2024. We use the funds primarily to organize “powered by Hive” events and a Facebook campaign that rewards users for their likes and comments. A year has passed, so I decided to compare the data from March 2024 and March 2025 to show how much the Kingdom has changed thanks to the support.

The number of visits increased by 135%. However, it's worth mentioning that there is probably a snowball effect since the beginning of this year, as each successive month breaks the record. The Kingdom is getting a lot of new visitors. A year ago these were sporadic. Now almost every event is attended by someone new.
The Kingdom is a non-commercial meeting place and subsists on donations. In Poland, such venues usually take support from the state, because without it they cannot survive. We are successful. That's why this indicator is very important for us. For one year we recorded an increase of 62%.
For a year, the number of events increased by 100%. We are slowly approaching the point where there is at least one event every day.
The Kingdom's growth is largely the result of a promotional campaign on Facebook. Instead of paying corporations, we reward users for their activity. They receive RCRT tokens, which they can exchange for rewards. We buy the rewards with support from Value Plan. Does it work? Very much so! The number of interactions increased by 691% and made our posts displayed to many new people. We have a 155% increase here. The Kingdom is slowly making itself a recognizable place in Krakow. Often a newcomer says: “you have been displaying to me on Facebook for a long time”.
We have been onboarding people on Hive for many years. We do this regardless of support, because we use the blockchain as a tool (for example, for voting). Anyone who wants to be an active member of the community must have an account on Hive. Over the past years we have created 86 of them, and at least that many accounts received RC delegation from us on the last day of March 2024. Over the past year we have created 104 accounts and the number of delegations has increased by 121% (190). It can be assumed that these statistics will grow. First, the Kingdom is getting more and more new visitors. Second, we are developing our own application rcr.bezkresu.org, which @mciszczon is working on. For the time being, it is used for submitting proposals. A year ago it was done by only 1 person. This year there are already 4.
Observing the statistics of recent months, we can conclude that the Kingdom is gaining speed. Above are photos from just the last two days. We counted 70 visits, 20 of which were brand new. There is also an increasing problem that we have never faced - lack of space. But to be honest, this is the kind of problem we've been dreaming about since the Kingdom's founding!
There are many indications that this is just the beginning. In May, a rebranding and a new campaign is planned that will target the neighborhood. In July, the Kingdom will be featured at a major alternative culture festival, which will undoubtedly bring in new visitors. In other words: it's good, and it will get even better. We are happy to have Hive accompany us on this journey.
