Research shows 40 percent of school-aged children never eat breakfast. Similarly in adults, not a few who miss breakfast time with a variety of reasons ranging from bored with the menu until the fear of defecation in the street.

Eat when you're hungry and stop eating when you're full, as simple as that. My problem was when i was forcing my self to EAT breakfast without any reason. Hope that makes sense to you!
