Howdy from Scandinavia, @janton! Thanks for the kind words, we are happy you found our post good, and also that you like our recipe! It is one of my favorite dishes that are healthy, quick to make and feels like a fancy resturant meal.
We have pop up cafes on events such as music gatherings and festivals among others. We build the cafe ourselfs most of the times using things we find in nature, like we did here
We are dreaming about getting a food truck, and maybe even start up a place somewhere in the world when we wish to root. But for now we are living our dream of creating a traveling resturant focusing on vegan food, healing herbs and art. Still being a 100% non-profit cafe, since we use all our profits on equipment for the cafe. Before we can go to the biggest festivals, we have to spend a lot of time working for free, and stay focused on building up the cafe while thinking realistic! 🌱
