Maybe not though... lol It's already not going well. I hadn't realized that the recipe was for a 5" springform pan until after I already made the crust... My springform is actually closer to 12". I don't have enough ingredients for that. I transferred the crust to a smaller dish, but it's not springform, so I don't know how pretty it's going to be once I manage to remove it from the container. I'll try.

It came out great! I pulled it out of the freezer a bit early, it seems, because the center was soft and the pretty design got smeared hahaha but whatever it tastes like heaven.

I used to buy these little vegan gluten free no refined sugar tarts from Whole Foods, and I swear this cheesecake tastes just like them. I'm so excited to have figured out how to make them, because they really are my favorite dessert. I'm not much for sweets, but this stuff... is the stuff. lol

Damn we're missing out on so much good vegan food in the UK...we haven't even got the vegan Ben & Jerry's yet! I know it's not the healthiest but I'm dying to try it.

You gotta make the food you want yourself! Eat stuff that was cooked by humans, not machines. Best bet. Good luck!

Nah, I'm quite happy to eat junk food on occasion TBH, as long as most of what I eat is healthy, and it is.
