Thank you. Being vegan is something anyone can do. Once you start, you will realise it's not the world of limitations you once thought and instead a world of abundance. For one to be truly healthy, they would need to abstain from eating meat, dairy and eggs as these are akin to smoking and drinking alcohol on the impact they have on our hearts and cardiovascular system. Feel free to watch some documentary such as forks over knives and what the health to get educated.

I certainly will. I have a couple of super vegan cookbooks put out by the husband and wife team who own and run the restaurant V Street. One of the books is V Street: 100 Globe-Hopping Plates on the Cutting Edge of Vegetable Cooking maybe you know it? Can't recall the name of the other right now. Anyway, wonderful stuff! A whole new way to think about vegan cooking. Good luck on your journey.
