I certainly will. I have a couple of super vegan cookbooks put out by the husband and wife team who own and run the restaurant V Street. One of the books is V Street: 100 Globe-Hopping Plates on the Cutting Edge of Vegetable Cooking maybe you know it? Can't recall the name of the other right now. Anyway, wonderful stuff!
