Great video. Same thing happened to me, i started listening to my body and stopped eating breakfast as I never felt hungry in the morning. I usually fast for about 16h a day having a light lunch round 12:30 and a massive dinner after the gym around 8pm. It's improved my health and well-being in many ways.

Me personally i'd eat dinner a bit earlier so my body won't need to digest food while sleeping!
