I am glad you are reading your body. Most people do NOT read their body but instead follow trends.
The "Most Important Meal" called Breakfast is a lie. It was promoted by the US government to support the US Farm industry.
If I eat breakfast, it is always a light meal because I have to walk afterwards.
As a practicing medical professional, I can tell you what we learn in med school is that the only time you completely digest your food is when you are resting. This is because the digestive system is part of the Parasympathetic system. Parasympathetic system only functions when in a resting stage. So the most important meal is Dinner because of this theory!
You can not digest your food when you are moving such as walking after you eat breakfast. You can end up with a hernia or an appendicitis because of this.

You know after i started to really listening to my body and taking health into my own hands i started to realize that a lot of "trends" are bullshit.
I'm doing pretty much exactly the opposite what everyone is saying is good and i feel awesome!
One question though about not being able to digest food while moving, Does it mean that all athletes are not digesting what they're eating in the way the supposed too ?
Professional athletes have coaches. I am not sure what their coaches tell them.
Anyone that eats and moves afterward will not digest their food well. They will also be lacking in nourishment because they are not breaking down their food completely.
Complications can also range from heartburn to bloated stomach which creates the big bulge that makes them look fat. If these people would take time, even 20 minutes of sitting they can relieve the bloating stomach. I often give this advise when I treat weight loss for my patients.
