I skip breakfast as well. Never really that hungry in the morning and if I am, I prefer to drink some green juice. I do well with two meals a day and it's helped with weight control. Interested in doing a multi-day water fast now.

Like i said i also never hungry or thirsty in the morning, I just try to listen to my body as much as possible!
I want to try intermittent dry fasting and then maybe i'll do 1-2 days of dry fasting , Just for the sake of the experiment..
