I live in Nghe An. I had had a chance to Ha Long but because of being car sick, I didn't visit HaLong Bay. So stupid!

It was fantastic yes! I was there 12 years ago - it feels like a lifetime. I headed off on a train to the north afterwards to see the rice terraces and countryside. All wonderful.
Great! Funny.. my first time in the north of Viet Nam was around 13 years ago :D

Oh yeah, das ist ja das Paradies! Vietnam steht bei mir in den nรคchsten 1-2 Jahren auf dem Plan. Zuerst mal Thailand (war noch nie). Bei deinen Pics muss ich stark รผberlegen, ob ich Vietnam gleich dranhรคnge :-) Nice!
Hehe... beides tolle Lรคnder! Ja, starte mit Thailand. Es sollte viel einfacher sein in Thailand zu reisen. Aber Vietnam ist auch nicht wirklich viel komplizierter :D
