RE: Vocab-ability–158 (nihil, nil = nothing) – A More Powerful Vocabulary (earn UpVotes with “Vocab Practice” exercise)

in #vocab-ability6 years ago (edited)

MY VOCAB PRACTICE

  1. Annihilate :
He chose to annihilate the village through an atomic bomb.

  2. Nihilism:
The deliberate refusal of his children to listen to his preaching of nihilism irked the old man.

  3. Nil:
According to the report I heard, nil was given to the farmers.

  4. Nihilist:
As a nihilist, I have accepted the philosophy of nihilism.

I had a nice time learning new words. I just hope I get the contexts right. This is so cool!
