I saw one video on Youtube about people in Japan working 15 hours a day, and some, usually men in their formal office attire, already even fall sleep on the streets because they’re drunk and probably very tired. Maybe those are sarari-man.

Yes, those are typical sarari-men. Work long hours in conservative suit and tie, then try to unwind / relax a bit while drinking with colleagues. Inevitably, they drink tooooo much, and sometimes throw up or even pass out in the street or on the subway train.
Repeat every week for 40 years = typical sarari-man life
That is...quite a sad way to live life @majes.tytyty. :-( But that is their work culture, and it needs to be respected. But I can't help but hope that they, or even all workers around the world, get a good working and post-work environment.
