"MY VOCAB PRACTICE"

  1. After failing to achieve basic education outcomes, the teacher suspected the child suffered from a learning disorder and urged the parents to seek formal assessment and diagnosis.
  2. It's a funny feeling you get when you revisit somewhere or something you experienced as a small child when everything around you seemed gigantic, to then observe through your adult eyes and compare the difference of your own perceptions.
  3. The band won over their audience easily with their highly topical repertoire of cover songs.
  4. Due to limited funding and resources, the planning committee had to come up with a more economical proposal if they wanted their project to be approved.

Einstein showed how all our perspective is relative. As an adult, we can see that our childhood experience showed everything to be huge. We should remember that, even as adults, our perspective is influenced greatly by who and what and where we are. Influenced and limited.

Which makes me wonder ... what do we not see now?
