RE: Walk with me at Kroger b4 the storm!

in #walkwithme7 years ago

Wow, that's unreal! I grew up in Gander, Newfoundland and last year we had a storm that broke a 100-year record, about 6-8 feet of snow in one falling. People were driving snowmobiles on the streets. I think we are the same as you when it comes to snowfall and being used to it. It amazes me when people freak out over snowfall and winter storms. I lived in Ontario where they called in the Army to help with a city storm. Where I was like wow, this is nothing, even though to them they felt the city was crippled. Anyway I hope it's not too bad would love to see follow up shots. Be safe all the safe.

Sort:

In Colorado we had many of blizzards were hundreds were stupid enuf to go out & get caught on the highways where the city had to go rescue these idiots! If this storm gets anything the town will pretty much Shut down! EVERYTHING will be closed!

I think there is a cycle.I recently went to northern India and there is a record snow which led to block of national highways. Then the army came to rescue.
I salute the army . They work so hard for the country.
Thanks
