I have an idea here: Why not log the supplements I take through Ecency Waves? This way I save myself to repeat over and over what I took in my report and simply reference to waves.

So here it is:

  • One Magnesium and Vitamin-C each with my hot Lemon (see later report)
  • 2 Vitamin-C
  • 1 Vitamin-B2,
  • 3 Aminosre (don't know the English term)
  • a tee spoon Omega-3 vegan oil
  • two drops of Vitamin-A in oil

I'm at 1052 movements.

Thanks for your visit. Well, good question!! From my knowledge B2 and B12 are two different things. It grew from my beginnings last November that I supplement B2 exclusively. You may dig deep into my reports. While I understand if you don't.

If you can find a good source of organic tobacco then you can add a little to you food and get the whole spectrum of B vitamins. Tobacco is #naturalmedicine & #thepowersthatshouldntbe don't want us to know this.

That looks pretty intriguing. Thanks for crossing this wave. I wonder what John Thomas is doing today. Still kickin' or probably reincarnated? I like the thought of buying organic tobacco at the groceries for digestion. While this certainly is not what you are talking about. Thanks for sharing!
