If this helps, then I have not visited any gyms in my life so far. A good sleep is much more important. Especially if you have busy work. Stay as rested as possible to be as much effective at work as possible.

Im planning on dividing more. Instead of 2 different muscle groups for 1 hour, I will do only 1 group for 30 min and then sleep more. Do you think this will be Okay?

I do not know. I currently do not have any experience with gyms, nor with exercising.
