Accumulated mucus will make it worse. When blowing your nose, done side at a time while at the same time puffing up your cheeks with air pressure on the opposite side. This will help prevent mucus from going else where in your naval tubes in your face leading to your lymph nodes.
Cannabis can help too but I doubt that is your cup of tea so try hot "Manzanilla" tea with lime and honey mixed in three times a day.
Stay away from WiFi, microwave, cellphones towers, and especially 5 or 4g towers which could be the prime cause of you feeling sick and not something else.
