There are natural alternatives though if you really want a fizzy drink you could buy fizzy mineral water and add some fruit juice.

Also we need to be very aware of what we eat. Even if we are aware of how toxic the food is that most of us consume, we still tend to eat the bad stuff as they bad effects don't seem to be immediate. Sure we may get cancer etc. in 10 or 20 years, but that's a long way away. What most people don't realise is that what we eat affects our energy and out brain almost immediately and can prevent us living a content & abundant life here and now.
