It is a family 's favourite too! so trying to master a recipe, this one is very nice but I prefer a thicker filling. It needs a bit of tweaking, I will post a recipe for the next if it goes well. . 😊🍒
Ohhh sounds good, I used corn flour and did not set nicely.
I used tapioca before for buko (coconut) pie and it had a nicer texture and taste. You just kindly reminded me and gave me a nice tip! I will surely include that in my next try. Thank you. 😊🩷

My mother in law made the best ever cherry pie. She used Minute Tapioca to thicken it.
