RE: Ecency waves Dec 14

in #waveslast year

Happy Friday!

I haven't had my breakfast or lunch yet. And its 1:39pm now. This is just to break my fast. Malaysian pastry.
Later on, I need to be doing my online work for awhile. Busy, busy, busy..

Wow
It's 7:09am here.

This looks delicious 😋

Do enjoy the rest of your day.v

Thank you. It's been a busy day for me. It's now almost 11:03 pm as I'm writing this. My work had some issues with bugs at their system, and it's been really stressful. I had to work slowly to get everything done. 🥴

Wow
That's a lot.

So sorry for the stress.

Yeah, checking my Ecency is like therapy. I'll read something in here and maybe fall asleep soon. It's almost midnight, and my eyes are tired from staring at the screen.🥴

Ecency is my therapy too🤩😊

We are still in the early hours of the evening.

Have a good night rest 😊

Looking delicious but please take time to have your proper meal. 😊😋

I missed my lunch today, usually I would eat right away and get my 16:8 fasting window. It's okay, I'll follow my schedule tomorrow. Hehe..

This looking so much delicious

It's not bad, but I need to cut down on my consumption of flour or pastry. I'll only eat it once a week. We bought it from a stall near my home.

What a way to break a fast. That's super tasty

Yes, but I share it with my son. I've been practicing intermittent fasting for nearly 8 months or more, and I don't feel hungry. But when I do eat, I eat a lot. Sometimes I just do OMAD (one meal a day) but if I do some heavy work, I start IF.

You must be feeling super healthy now. I read from somewhere the numerous benefits of fasting. Good job on 8 months.

So far, I loss weight, and my body feels a bit lighter. I don't often feel dizzy because I have high blood pressure. That's why I need to watch my diet carefully.

Oh! Am super happy for you? Am also proud of you because it takes so much discipline to start.

At the beginning, it was difficult to be consistent, and it took me about two weeks to adapt. Eventually, it became like a routine, and I didn't need to set an alarm for breaking my fast.
