AI can be a great and useful tool if it's used right, but the human being tends to lazyness and we like easy things. That's why some humans developed those kind of AI you mentioned. I totally agree with you.
Complementing what you said about poor diet and bad TV, there is also trash content in social media. As I know, it's now called "brain rot". The name says it all.
Yep brain rot is a great name for it! I only use AI tools for helping me learn about new programming tools and methods, as a replacement for Google searches which have become less reliable in recent years; I tend to find anyway.
I usually use AI to get anime recommendations 🤭 Then I watch those animes and write a review here on Hive hahaha.
