It's still pretty stable here these days. But a couple of weeks ago, I was clearing out an old orchard because the wind had blown down some old trees.

You can set this notification up I think by adding your discord account to hive.vote so when ever someone follows you a bot on discord will notify you with all the information of who followed you.
It's a good way to solve this problem, but it would be nice to have it directly here on Ecency app.

I'm worried because as Artificial Intelligence grows, the Human Intelligence is decreasing.
This is why it’s important not to use it and socialise as much as possible offline.
I'm not against AI, I'm against the dependency we are developing towards it. And I say "we" because I do use it sometimes for specific tasks.
It can make life easier in some ways, and I have played with it a little, but for the most part it makes people lazy and creatively bankrupt.
Of course, it can make life easier like in home or in driving with autonomous vehicles. But as you say, we are depending on AI even more in the creative aspects of life and I don't like that.
You are not wrong, AI is making human lazy which again is human nature.
That's the problem. The lazyness we are developing.
Humans are actually the one using their intelligence to improve AI intelligence.
Those humans are a few of millions. The rest of us, the great mayority, we aren't that intelligent. We're just getting lazy and dumb because we're depending more and more on AI.

I’m a neuro researcher, what you are talking about is lazy behavior, that’s all. If you give your brain just an attention span for 3 sec, it gets used to it to get quick dopamine. That’s an addiction minded behavior.
Brains are like muscles, right? They need to exercise, and AI isn't helping with that. That's what I mean.
It is a choice, and the fact you are spending it on social media and stuff isn’t helping that’s true
Well, social media could be prejudicial if it's used just to consume trash content. At least Ecency/Hive is a good way to read and learn about interesting things while earning some rewards. Also, I'm practicing a new language here 🤭
I’m going to agree and disagree. I think where it’s used as a tool to figure things out and then do them yourself is where the tools are good. When it comes to creating AI slush, such as art and music, then that’s where I hate it. However if used as a research tool to help you get from A to V, then do X, Y and Z yourself, I have no qualms with that.
I think people are getting dumber anyway and not because of AI. Poor diet and bad TV have a lot to answer for.

Complementing what you said about poor diet and bad TV, there is also trash content in social media. As I know, it's now called "brain rot". The name says it all.
Yep brain rot is a great name for it! I only use AI tools for helping me learn about new programming tools and methods, as a replacement for Google searches which have become less reliable in recent years; I tend to find anyway.
I usually use AI to get anime recommendations 🤭 Then I watch those animes and write a review here on Hive hahaha.
