Oh, that sucks. Take solace in the fact she went quick. I’ve had many a friend die from cancer and it seemed to take forever. The false hopes and the just waiting to die just destroyed who they were.
That being said, the pain those left behind, such as yourself, feel is intense. I hope you have a support network of shared friends who you can all lean on for comfort. It will help immensely.
