Not often an interesting serious lol
But in this case I am back in NZ when growing up I was out running swimming and cycling a lot when younger back then we didn’t know about slip, slop slap ie slip on a shirt slop on sunscreen and slip on a hat which was a big campaign in the mid to late 80s down under
I am now pretty good with it these days but have had quite a few bits chopped out catching it early is the key and then it’s nit a big deal so I go for a check every 6 months

Oh, I see. Well I am glad you have it under control!

Me to, my brother let it go sadly so that motivates me to be very good with making sure I do the regular checks

What happen to your brother?

He had melanomas which he and his wfe who were very much into natural medicine tried to treat themselves, sadly by the time he went to see a dr it had spread through his body and was untreatable and he passed away
