I've been involved for some time, and both the founder and Welcome Wagon mission itself are amazing.
I think what draws us to work with Dreemsteem and with Welcome Wgaon is the passion and enjoyment of making this platform better.

PYPT (and you, miss shadows) changed EVERYTHING.They're extraordinary!!! Happy there is a place like PYPT to give them the showcasing and networking that fit together like puzzle pieces for Steemit success! Truly. You know I'm not just bloking smoke @shadowspub!!!
Thank you @stellabelle! It IS an interesting project - and everyday it becomes more and more rewarding and special for us! We wish that there were MORE projects like ours so that people wouldn't get frustrated and take their amazing talents elsewhere!
Little by little, hopefully the vision will catch fire and other groups will form to have the same type of impact on our newbies - for the benefit of them, of us, and for all of the Steemiverse! :)

Yes so true! It really is a lot of work. These people are very much willing to help little red fishes to swim in the big open seas. They are the guide, the light and the way on how things work here. They help nurture the baby enthusiasm until it becomes mature.
They have actually quite proven to produce graduates that are finally capable to be swimming on their own. I believe @welcomewagon can do more, adopt more. A little push from you guys wouldnt be so bad too.
And I agree... It gets a little overwhelming when I think about how to help EVERYONE. Because, honestly. We can't.
But we can start a little spark. And the spark can catch fire!
Sometimes we get so focused on the big picture (something I can get obsessed with!) that we forget about the very tangible... very important little things.
And little things DO grow up 😊
Hopefully we can keep pouring into Welcome Wagon in the baby stage, so that it becomes a healthy adult!
We are willing to do the work! And there are many newbies willing to do the work! They just need someone stand beside them until they find their own way.
