Sure-
Look at how fast HF21 (free downvotes) cleaned up Steem. It isn't perfect, but spam has dropped dramatically.
Whaleshares is not steemit marky and we are not aiming to be steemit 2.0 or anything near steemit, we just used the steemit code for the initial clone that is all. I believe hf21 was a correct step for the better of steem just like i believe hf4 will be the correct step for whaleshares. And i think your a great guy and want to do good for steem, but theres no reason in comparing the two, they are not the same.
