You encourage witnesses to publish reports weekly or monthly? I think you are saying it is encouraged, the more the better. I am thinking about becoming a witness someday. Are witnesses required to start projects or to help with projects? I am guessing maybe not required but encouraged and I see that witnesses helped with applications for example, like Dtube, Dlive, Dtube, maybe even Busy.org, and others, I am guessing. That is good. Technically nothing is “required” but there are lots of things you can do to be a “good” witness vs. a “bad” one :)
