This one goes to all the witnesses being stuck on 0.19.1: Can you look JJ the helix pomatia in her wibbly wobbly eyes and tell her why Steemit the decentralized social Wonderland hasn't become a decentralized social wonderland filled with candy yet?
Steemit, together with its community including witnesses is a very interesting and sensitive ecosystem. What we are able to do here is instant democracy. Creating movements to change the status quo does not take ages anymore, it can be changed in the blink of an eye!

Choose what's good for the environment and thus good for you! I haven't encountered a top 20 witness who's involvement in (community) projects hasn't quite impressed me.
Don't understand me wrong, my dear witnesses. I love the work you're doing, and you're doing it great. As a kinda collective community, it's our duty to stay up to date and I'd also love to see your servers equipped with the latest bugfixes.

most of the witness dont care about taking steemit to moon but here to just to make them money if there machine is making money they wont bother to look at any updates and upgrades
I don't want to make any assumptions about possible bad intentions and hope that they are just kept quite busy between their schedules and the update will follow soon!

I was the second witness to update (after drakos I believe), but I still don't think this should be how people select their witnesses. There is a LOT more to this role then just upgrading software, and there are valid reasons to not upgrade everyone at once.
This is an optional release, and some are waiting until more testing has been done before upgrading their main witness nodes - they shouldn't be punished for being cautious imo ..
19.2 is more than just optional, its not even necessary in certain circumstances. Sure, it improves P2P stability, but my main witness node is behind a firewall infrastructure and P2P is limited to my own pathway. The upgrade to 19.2 only needed to be done on my externally-addressable nodes -- which I did.

You can check out the release notes here. Consensus hasn't changed, the latest upgrade is just for P2P stability. This is specifically best for seed nodes, which create the P2P "spine" of the network, connecting the whole ecosystem together. Witness nodes are more of the "brain".
In my case, my witness isn't directly accessible via incoming P2P or even SSH connections. It's locked out. So while I could upgrade, it has zero effect and I see no need to reboot.

Upgrades that change consensus will of course be necessary -- but this one isn't about that. As @ausbitbank says, there's a lot more to this role than just upgrading software. ;)

Hasn't 19.2 already proven quite stable since its release or why has the majority of witnesses already upgraded their systems without further complaints?
And out of curiosity:
Ain't it possible for something similar to the bandwidth problem which happened around 2 months ago when not enough witnesses were upgrading to 19.1 to occur again?
Again, I really appreciate and love your and all witnesses' dedication to the community and I am looking forward to getting a bigger understanding about that topic.
Witness's are something that are like a force to be reckoned with. Its not an easy spot to be in and once you get so far, the spotlight shines even brighter.
I dont have all my votes out yet, but I am researching and looking for others to throw my vote too, which is what counts to me.

Thanks for the nomination and indeed, being a witness especially a top 20 one is a job with many responsibilities.
One basically has to be on guard 24/7. In case this post gets featured I just want to make sure that the witnesses' work gets honoured accoringly as they are doing a pretty dope job.
On the other hand I also want to make voters aware of the impact of their votes and thus choosing them wisely.
