That will be the highlight of the trip, and perhaps I'll be attending an interview too.
It's good that the wife doesn't have to take the first offer that comes along, knowing she'll likely no enjoy it as much as other options that may appear soon.

Yeah she was somewhat lucky. She got a 16 week severence pay with full benefits so she’s ok through mid February technically. But would rather not let it get that close.
