Workout Of The Day

1st day back at the gym since last week

I was anxious all week and literally right before going to the gym I got super anxious due everything that has been going on and the fact I couldn't find my gym card...even when I got to the gym the people there were pissing me off, putting their clothes on the equipment and being stupid in the gym.

Anyways, 

Was able to do a few workouts before I had to get out of there.

Chest fly super set with cable back twists 5 sets

Incline dumbbell chest press

Seated shoulder press

Shoulder flies

Cable Shoulder raises

Super set triceps rope pulldown and 21 7-7-7 bicep barbell curls

Felt good to pump the weight but the anxiety was too much.

Tomorrow though I am going to go insane at the gym so be sure to check out tomorrows workout.
