A good long walk normally settles my mind, watching nature taking care of herself, thinking about those who are far worse off, to worry takes you nowhere.

When I worked in the corporate world I found people placing burdens upon each other, discussed it at length with a colleague and then set out to do job descriptions, it settled a lot of the worries, many had.

We do it to ourselves, take a deep breath and enjoy the day.

So true we place burdens on other people and even more so upon ourselves and we are just not meant to carry such a heavy load. Thankyou for your perspective and support xx
