RE: Why The "Steemygames" Money Grab by @steemsports / @steemgames Should F*ck Off (Revised)

I totally agree, They need to stick to game breakdowns and such. This is a horrible way to start the Steemit Community. We need to come together rather than have pointless "who is Steemier?" contests. Save that shit (excuse the language) for tinder/ fb/ insta and all the already destroyed (in my opinion) platforms.

Exactly as you put it @klye Steemit is for building each other UP! Growth as a community!

I actually like steemsports write ups and game highlights when they did them. Not a big sports guy myself but it was decent writing, the highlight pictures were good and the stats and whatnot were neat.

Less and less writing work and recapping seems to be done lately.. Seems once they secured whale autovotes they let their content quality slide.

I agree with you 100%. The breakdowns were not crazy technical breakdowns. They were great for the average person who isnt a huge sports fan. That demographic can get on, read those breakdowns and have a decent idea of what to expect in the matchup. Once Steemsports "made it" the content has been on a steady decline. With that said, they have now moved into this "steemygames" crap to try and boost up again... Rather than do harder work and post those matchup breakdowns, they are trying to "instagramify" Steemit with these hot or not contest games. Its a shame because I truly do enjoy when they release the match breakdowns. Someone is trying to take the easy way out, and its upsetting the core community.
