MY VOCAB PRACTICE
Accelerate
The thieves accelerated as soon as they heard the police siren blaring from a distance.
Decelerate
The vehicle started to decelerate after getting to the high hills
Celerity
Just like flash, Jane answered the questions with celerity
MY VOCAB PRACTICE:
Accelerate:Modern sports cars accelerate from 0-100mph in less than a second.
Decelerate: Some people drive cars at very high speed, they don't like to slow down, only one way to decelerate them, is the use of speed breakers.
Celerity: Due of the celerity of Rolls Royce, it's his first choice.
MY VOCAB PRACTICE.
The car can accelerate from 0-60mph in 2.1 seconds.
I chose to decelerate my life by watching paint dry.
The boy was tugging his kite with such celerity that his kite came undone and flew away.
A Thai fun fact for you : to fly a kite (Chuck wow) is a sexual innuendo for something :p

Driving fast and accelerate when reaching curves doesn't always equal to be less safe than individuals who drive very slow.
Decelerate
When things are dramatic in a relationship, it's easy to suggest to decelerate but difficoult to actually do it.
Celerity
My assistant doesn't have the gift of celerity, therefore I told her that procrastinating is destructive for the efficiency of our achievements at work.
As an "expert" in the English language, I'd like to offer the following advice:
Where you say "procrastinating is destructive for the efficiency of our achievements at work," you could paraphrase it to ...
"Hurry the fuck up!"

A. Accelerate
I told my driver to accelerate when I noticed that some hoodlums were chasing us.
B. Decelerate
A vehicle would naturally decelerate when it has a punctured tyre.
C. Celerity
James has become notorious for riding his horse with great celerity.
Ps: I decided to use alphabets in the numbering because, for some enigmatic reasons, my numbering were showing 1. 1. 1 instead of 1. 2. 3.

When I read thru everyone's VocPractice, I need something to clarify the separate sentences, so I required numbering. But your ABCs work just as well.

In my experience, I find that if I must accelerate to pass slower moving vehicles in my lane, I must also prepare to decelerate with great celerity, in case I encounter unseen obstacles ahead.
But that's just me...
