RE: The Ayahuasca Diaries: Part 2

Great read. I'm looking forward to the next part of your journey! The transcendent experience. I'm a combat vet using Psilocybin for treatment of depression and PTSD. Psychedelics NEED to be taken more seriously. There's a reason cultures across the globe have used them for so many thousands of years. My Psilocybin trips have always been a very personal journey for me, and I'm often alone, by choice, when I eat them, but, hopefully someday, I can go on a journey with an experienced guide and take it to a whole different level. I recently just did a write up on my microdosing experiences with Psilocybin. Game changer for sure. I'll be following!

Thank you @therightsideofup! It's amazing that nature truly does have an answer for all of Man's ailments. I support total freedom for everyone to medicate any way they see fit!

What a great perspective you have, being a combat vet now taking your mental and overall health into your own hands. I'm happy you are finding something that helps you! I'll give you a follow because this deserves support.

Have you ever heard of EMDR? It's a fast, easy therapy that I used it to treat my PTSD, and it was a miracle - I was AMAZED how much stress and tension released from my entire body and mind within seconds. I highly recommend anyone who deals with PTSD look into it.

Thank you! I had to look up EMDR. Sounds pretty interesting! I'll have to look into this more. And yes, nature does have the answers, always has! As a society, we've just stopped looking. It's liberating to take control of your mental health, especially when the system is bogged down.

So true!!! The system is completely screwed, but solutions already exist! It's important for people to talk about and share them.
Have you tried adding yoga to your routine? That helped and continues to help me a lot too. It's in my top 5 of most important tools.
