Excuse me Sir, Every single person in the games provided consent and permission,
in the case of Mrs Steemit, as you can see in the screenshot above she spoke to Cassandra from the SPT who was cowriting that particular game, and it was her who selected the pics from Mrs Steemit instagram, as requested by Mrs Steemit herself.

@noisy, Honestly, I'm probably the wrong person to ask. I'm not much of a writer and I find most of the content on here to be pretty lackluster and not the least bit engaging. I also believe the rewards and how they're distributed is up to the community and shouldn't be controlled by implementing more changes in a fork. Steemit has the ability to control what is displayed on their website, but they do not have control over how the blockchain is used. Until there is a better idea than steemsports for the use of the blockchain rewards, it's going to continue to dominate the reward pool and I don't think that's something you can blame them for or should try to discourage. I think it would be a better use of time to try to develop something more enticing for the community to use their votes towards but right now I'm not seeing much on the horizon.
Here's a link that's also about the rewards pool and @steemsports which is my main concern 😉
