yes, I agree with you. by always actively doing activities, of course there will be a lot of sweat coming out. this is like doing sports. so the body will stay healthy. other than that if I may suggest, let's both consume foods that contain high nutrients. especially foods that contain vitamin C as antioxidants. Vitamin C is useful for increasing your immune system. so you don't get sick easily. and foods that contain vitamin C such as citrus fruits, avocados, nuts, papaya, broccoli vegetables.
all those foods sounds great! I recently started my indoor gardening where I grow sprouts, micro-greens and salad greens via hydroponics. I should be able to eat a small salad tomorrow. I prefer to have one for breakfast.
At 66 years old I am as physically active as I was when in my 30's. Sure I have a few more aches and pains, but if I was not active it would be worse.

I thought most knew I was in my 60's. I have had young people in their 20's and 30's that cannot keep up with me. Must keep mind focused and keep going. When I was a teenager I worked for a farmer who at 88 years old could out work me...I never forgot that
