It's really an interesting idea to make beetroot soup!I never did it before (usually I use beetroot only for salads)but it would be a cool thing to try it!!💚😃

wait for the carpaccio😍but the soup is simple and tasty. enjoy it with hummus-cream (mix some hummus with oatmilk)

of course💚🌱 Put 3 cloves of garlic, 2 white onions, 1 big bulb of beetroot and half a bulb of celery in a pot and let it simmer with 700ml of water. After about 25 minutes puree everything. Season to taste with spices.

Thank you so much!! I think the magic comes with the bulb celery. Here, we get usually the green long stalks. Have to find a bulb 👍
