Same over here! I just love food. But I realized that my health is more important than my cravings. I’m feeling so much better since I changed my diet but of course I won’t skip my favorite meals or desserts 😌

Haha yes I feel you. Same here too. Changed my diet changed my life. Gluten free too. And I have a routine of at least 2-3 times a week to work out, and you feel great with a plan like this, at least I do. Thanks for the inspiration my friend. Be well
