Disclaimer:
This post is not encouraging you to watch the debates. In fact, you probably shouldn't.
But we all know how Internet FOMO works:
You're minding your own business when all of a sudden you see/hear/read something a bunch of people are talking about, and it sounds interesting and you want in, too.
So let's save you the scramble of how to watch the United States presidential debates online, and get you the info.
In most cases, the streams below also include the same pre and post debate commentary aired on TV.
When in doubt, go to youtube.com/live
It regularly features major event livestreams.
(Including official mainstream media streams, independent broadcasters, and rogue/bootleg livestreams)
While youtube.com/live is usually a safe bet, it can help to know specific channels ahead of time.
(Plus everybody has their own preferences about commentary.)
